Simply fantastic experience. I went there to get an emergency consultation. I don’t speak German but the staff were always ready to go beyond to get to know my problem and provide the much needed medical care. This is really remarkable service. I was amazed by the speed of getting things done and making sure the required reports are prepared. I would definitely recommend this hospital for anyone who is looking for treatment in and around Berlin.

In the Emergency department, I was registered by a very helpful, friendly and sweet woman. She was speaking English and tried to help us as best as she can. Overall I am pleased with the service here. I didn’t wait for long and the process was not complicated for an expat like us. Thank you! But the biggest thanks to the nurse with the awesome tattoo in the emergency - Anmeldung room :)

One of Berlin's best hospitals, professional from top to bottom. I have no critique whatsoever. I've been there twice, for two-and three-week stays, and the only reason I opt for St. Hedwig over DRK is travel distance: Hedwig is in the middle of the city, five minutes from my flat... DRK is out in the shady green forests of Köpenick.

Lack of respect to people!
I have to change my appointment. I called the general number.
Extremly not polite woman on the line. Sounded like she hates her job and hates people that dont sound like native speakers.
I've chosen this clinic because it's close to my home, but I don't want to be shouted at, when I ask to repeat something.

I just wanted to say thank you to all the nurses and doctors I met for over past 3 days ♡ I didnt speak German and English was no problem for them. Always with a smile on their face. The hospital is nice and clean, lovely location as well. It all makes the stay and situation less traumatic and just makes you feel better much faster ????

I had a surgery there, however, it was unsuccessful. luckily I found another Praxis who is competent and solved my problem. better check the background of doctor before receiving an operation.

The nurses and doctors were really nice and understanding. And if you're lucky/early, you'll be treated in no time!
