This practice appears well run, the staff are almost overly friendly. They charged me €160 for a Covid PCR-test when I arrived in Germany in April. I paid the charge immediately after receiving the bill, with no complaints. Six months later, the practice sent me another bill for €30 for "services rendered." No wonder they all have a smile on their faces--they are cheating their patients and being totally dishonest about their charges.

Frau Dr. Olga war sehr vertraulich und erklärte alles sehr, sehr genau. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen und hat auch super zugehört. Damit meine ich RICHTIG zugehört. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt hatte ich das Gefühl, dass man mir nur flüchtig und uninteressiert zuhört.
