-Before second lockdown review-
We came early to ensure a spot.
Polite and shy owner gave us good recommendations.
My German was even worst back then and she couldn’t speak english so I had to get help from Google.
This was my first Ethiopian experience and eating with hands during COVID was challenging but it was very interesting for me.

Traditional Ethiopian food. The food was very delicious and the waitress was welcoming us friendly. They have 2 vegan options on the menu and we chose both of them and shared them. They serve the wat (stew) with injera, a traditional sourdough bread which looks like a sponge. They have Ethopian Walia beers but they aren’t listed on the menu. Looking forward to go here again!

This is the most authentic Ethiopian food in the city. The flavors are clean and not oil laden, while the spices are clearly identifiable. The owners are friendly and attentive, also offering bags of spices and flour for sale. Do make sure to make reservations, as the place is small and only seats about a dozen people max. It seems they make the food for the night on order depending on the number of patrons, so calling ahead on a weekday is a must.

Seriously one of the best meals that I have had in Berlin. The food was prepared fresh to order and the man hosting us was beyond friendly and polite. I have brought friends here on multiple occasions and it's always been top notch. They have plenty of Vegetarian and Vegan options as well.

I myself have been learning to cook Ethiopian food at home so they were super helpful answering my questions about the seasonings and ingredients.

They even have a small store as well where you buy quite uncommon cooking ingredients for Ethiopian food such as : Teff Flour and Berbere.

I walked in and was told no food was being served here, so all of the photos and reviews are inaccurate! NOT a restaurant, just a store!

A very authentic Ethiopian restaurant, fair price and hospitable service. I'm definitely going back.

We had the Little Ethiopia special with Tubs, and it was absolutely delicious. The owners were really nice and very hospitable
