1. Gave me incorrect order (that increased my bill by 7 Euros)

Terrible service. I didn’t receive my delivery because they said it’s too far to deliver. But through the website / app there was no problem receiving the payment neither a warning saying that the address given is not possible. — so they took my money and I had to wait for 1,5h thinking there was just a delay. They didn’t bother to call me to let me know it wasn’t possible. I had to call them. And only said I should ask for a refund to Lieferando. Worst service ever.

Bad experience, the customer service was really unprofessional, I ordered for ASAP (which is normally 30~45 mins after the order) and calling 1:30 hours later the one who answered the phone told me he could not do anything for me, the best thing would be to cancel the order, otherwise I would receive it midnight without promises. Highly unrecommended.

Today I ate pizza margarita and pizza fungi, when I took one slice, it was so oily and tasteless. I will never ever visit this place again. I was very disappointed with dominos. I was not expected this from Dominos

Terrible service. They refused to deliver my food.
Moreover, they said because my number is not German they couldn't reach me. Which is as preposterous as it sounds because I have an EU number and no other restaurants had issues before.
