Today I had ordered chicken pasta.they did the delivery very fastly and about the delivery boy ,he did a great job!he done his work very neatly even it was raining outside!Nd yeah the pasta tastes awesome!

Very rude manager. They made a mistake but he was adamant they didnt and kept making rude remarks at me. Didnt recieve my order at first and he said come and take it fromt he store. He was highly unprofessional and rude.

We want our MONEY BACK !!!
We don’t understand what’s the standard of the service here. We ordered through Lieferando tonight around 10pm. The apps saying we’ll have the order delivered within 30mins. But guess what, we’ve waited and waited and nobody showed up. There was nobody picking up the phone starting from 22:45 while they close at 23.
If you’re not able to deliver after 22, then don’t take in any order from Lieferando, learn from other restaurants who do things in a proper way !!!
Neither us nor our friends will order ever again from Domino. Their service has been the worst I’ve ever seen here in Berlin.

This place has been a total life saver during home office and quarantine times. Prices are justified and delivery times are super fast. Taste is good and size of large pizza is perfect for the price. They also always have offers going. Further, they deliver to the door and are friendly.

I ordered a Funghi hot Pizza, with Basil pesto as additive. I was very hungry (because previously I ordered though Lieferando and Domino didn't receive any orders from them even though I had paid already, so I ordered again using Domino's website). I called them and the staff member said that I'll receive the order in 30 to 45 min. I called after an hour, and then the staff member said that he it'll actually take 1 hour to 45 min in total.
More than 2 hours passed and still didn't receive my order. I called again to ask the status of my order, and I was told that it'll still take 20 min more. The staff member was then very rude when I said that he's again and again changing his statements. He again changed his words by saying that delivery usually takes 2 hours [but I hadn't get my pizza even after two hours!!]. Further, he said that if my home is close by then I should come and pick it up myself, and then he again and again threatened to cancel the order.
I received the pizza after 2 and a half hours; the pizza was almost cold and there was no Basil Pesto on the pizza; they had charged me extra for the basil pesto which they didn't include!
Very bad service, arrogant, rude and lazy staff!!

Order didn't arrive after 2.5 hours, called them after 1 hour, collegue first didn't find my order, then lies that is already on way. Called them again, after 2 hours wait, other collegue puts me on hold line for 20!!!! minutes. In the meantime I ordered from other company. We'll see wich one arrives first.

The best is that I payed upfront with credit card, so I don't really understand how my order disappeared...
