I had to take some passport pictures quickly and I went there. I asked a girl (employee) to help me with taking the picture and she did.

When all was printed, she gave me the whole printed photos in one piece and went away quickly. I went after her and asked with my broken German if she could cut the pictures into pieces so they would actually be useful.

She said no with a defensive attitude.

I have used this service in the past and the other girl always cut the pictures at the end.

Pretty irritating because I am not able to properly cut the pictures by myself at home and at this point they are pretty useless.

I'm giving this 3 starts because other employees have been nice during the last couple of years I was buying stuff here.

Otherwise I would give it 0 stars.

I can’t believe what I’ve experienced here today. I was waiting for one of the Kodak machine to be free, because all other ones were out of system. At the same time, a worker with the long dark hair started taking passport pictures for other customers next to me. When the machine was finally free, she stepped forward and wants to use the machine even though I was waiting there the whole time. I explained to her that I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes, and she was so rude and tell me that she doesn’t know why I am still talking to her. So unbelievable, I am also a customer but why do I deserve to be treated like this?! I am just speechless that this is how the company educate their workers?? She made me so angry I can’t describe my feeling right now with enough words!!!

The woman on cashier today at 10:30 a.m the 16th of June is rude and racist af!!!!

The manager should do sth with the woman!!!
