Rude service. I called two days in a row to make sure a pair of shoes was in stock, when I come there is an issue with the shoe and they dont want to take off more then 5% (7euro) and they dont know when they will have new ones. No trying to show cooperation or even a little ‘I’m sorry’, because I traveled more than an hour to get to the shop. Not cool! Hope you will help other costumers better!

decent selection of goth clothes and accessories, nothing too fancy. the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Store employees are very insolent and decide what you are allowed to try on. With shops like these online shopping makes no difference. Except it is more pleasant online.

I have known this shop for almost a year now and the seriousness, professionalism and kindness are at the first place, they take care of the customer and always try to satisfy your wishes. I love this shop. It is very reliable.

The clothing is okay but... the prices of the said clothes.... the cheapest I could find was 75€ and not many s/m sizes in skirts and pants.... although the staff was friendly I would recommend going on Amazon where u can find the same stuff and it doesn't cost as much

Rarely have I met a more aptly named business.

This is THE PLACE for Berlin goths and others who appreciate the darker side of things. Good clothing selection, but the shoes were hands down the stars of that show. Nice supply of equipage and paraphernalia. All in all I could only be happier if I won the lottery and went on a spree here. Enjoy.

A really nice place to shop in with very friendly stuff. It is expensive though but totally worth it!
