Very kind staff, everything worked swiftly. We had all the eggs dishes (the ones with avocado were the best!). For dessert we had carrot, lemon/blueberry and mega brownie. I can honestly say that this was one of the best brownies I had. Ever. I'm really surprised the reviews are so low, if I looked at them I'd never would have come in and I'd miss out on a lot of great food.

Great coffee and the Açai Bowl was amazing!
Great location and atmosphere as well. A perfect hangout whether solo, couple or group.

Gave this café a couple of shots because I thought it might have just been one “bad day” of the staff… but no. Prices are insane (15€ for mediocre pancakes, 5.2€ for a flat white with oat milk!??) that are not even justified with inflation and post-covid dynamics. The owner is always grumpy and thinks she can treat customers from above, service is not good and meant to explain my friend that a wrong order was actually her fault. Cannot recommend…

Prices just insane: 15 for pancakes and 15 for açaí bowl. Ingredients seems to be of cheap quality. After a one hour wait they told us they forgot the order - best aspect of this place is that they refunded us. Never again

I had a terrible experience in this cafe today. I was there with my friend and her son, and as there was no suitable place to change a diaper in the cafe’s bathroom, my friend did it at the table. The café was empty; every other guest sat outside. When the owner noticed what my friend was doing, she started shouting at my friend in a terrible tone, which I had never heard in a café in Berlin before. I felt shocked, and honestly, I don’t understand why a person who doesn’t like and respect people and cannot communicate in a civilized manner would run a café. Moms and kids are not welcome at Cozy’s. And even if I am not a mom, I will never go there again.

Disgusting behavior. We ordered 2 breakfasts and a coffee, waited 45 minutes for the food which was medicore at best and well overpriced. Then my friend found A LOT OF HAIR in his pancakes. I took the food back to the staff and since we didn't have time to wait another 45 minutes I asked for a refund for that meal. The staff then told me they will give me half back since half of the food was eaten. I argued that my friend and I obviously don't expect the food to be contaminated with hair so he naturally had eaten some before we realised there was multiple bits of hair in it. I kept asking for the full refund on just that meal since it was very expensive.

The whole conversation until then was in English. Then the staff member abruptly switched to German and started speaking very fast. I understood that she was deliberately trying to get rid of me by alienating me from the conversation with the language change, as I told her I did not fully understand everything she was saying. She then continued in German and I could feel I wasn't going to get anything back for this and it felt extremely discriminatory. I used the German I know to get half the money back which she was offering and left.

TL;DR

I paid 30euro and waited 45mins to get lots of hair in the food and disriminated against. Don't eat here - read some of the other 1stars.
