If you quickly need a place for the night and want to stay under 100€ to pay, this hotel is decent enough. Though I received a double room with 6(!) beds for one person.
The bathroom had a tub which water supply was shared with the tap.
The toilet had an awful smell, but was clean.

Service personal was friendly.

♿ accessible rooms according to their website, however the doors I encountered on the residing floor were only able to be opened by hand and quite heavy.

There is no kettle in the room (and of course no tea bag or coffee) so I have to go down to the lobby in 1st floor to ask for hot water to make my instant coffee. The receptionist doesn't speak English well, doesn't understand 'hot water'.
The price for one night isn't cheap (90€) but breakfast it not included and they charge you 3€ per bottle of water in the room (If you don't pay attendtion you won't see the price they write on the the tag of bottle).

Want to sleep? Don’t stay here. The walls are paper thin, and when guests are talking in the hall or anything happens on the street, it sounds like it’s in the room with you.

Room spacious, reasonably clean. Sheets are scratchy.

Update: hostel - at best.

The staff was quite helpful and informative;
There was a shop not that far away so you didn’t have to worry to much about buying your groceries (unless you did it before 10PM);

Some places were not as clean as expected especially the windows (see the picture);
The localisation was horrible (far from anything) but there was a tram station and S-Bahn station not that far away;
The plants around the hotel were neglected and in a bad condition;
Overall, it was acceptable but as a good place to stay for max one night;

The room is modern, spacious and clean. I strongly recommend it. The city center is a bit far.

Good location. Clean room . Hotel has no air conditioning system . Room was warm during our stay as it was in summer

I loved the price to quality ratio. Roll in from the autobahn, park in front, get some sleep and continue on into the city - this is what this hotel is for. It was spotless and the staff friendly and competent. The are is nothing to write home about, so don’t expect to be visiting local sights.
