Very nice and welcoming reception staff. The gym is very new, large and well equiped. Stairs and elevator access. Easily accessible via bus. There is an Edeka at the base level. You can't wish for more.

I can't really have a real opinion because I were there just one day doing a trial. BUT I will do it anyways.
A real nice place, there is no doubt about it.
It has many different rooms (which is always good cause if you want some intimacy, it is most likely that one is empty), a wide range of different machines and (important!) they use to be repeated, very nice spa and change rooms, they even have a a ring to do some boxing.
I won't give five stars because as I said I was just one day an one of the most important things for me is the mood (coaches, people, workers, ambient...)

EXPATS ATTENTION: The facilities are nice, but the administration is really bad — no communication between the people on the counter and the administrative staff. The membership manager wouldn't answer your question in time (ever). Please read through all the contents of the contract with the help of German friends before doing it. Make sure you have to inform that the termination of the contract in a written form (they generally do not articulate this point when you make a contract). The verbal confirmation about termination from any staff members does not prevent them from withdrawing the membership fee over the next twelve months. I got the confirmation twice from the desk before the ending date, but it didn't work at all. They don't care about the fact that you can't read German in particular when you are trying to terminate the contract.

After a rocky start the club has been welcoming, and with a great pool and great selection of courses I look forward to being a member.

I'm not a member of this club, but today my husband and I got a big help from one of the staffs "Dorian Fenske", he literally saved our day!

He is a very friendly and has a warm heart, and I am sure having a nice staff like him, this Sports club definitely has very nice service, highly recommended!

Comparing to the Hardcandy in the starting point, nothing special just lot more expensive: 85€ per month! New name, new color, less courses, new u0026 more machines (but less quality in my mind).
The customer service is as bad as before.

Overall too expensive for the service.
