very very rude service-person!! I sat down on another table because it was too loud for me cause of the people next to my first table. The service-man comes and shouts at me in a very rude and loud tone, that I am not allowed to sit here because he has not cleaned yet. Before that I ordered on the counter and he said three times I shall sit down immediately but there was not a free table to sit down yet…I told him that and he looked at me annoyed and was totally stressed. After I changed my place when other people left and he had shouted at me for changing my mind about where I want to sit, I said I did not touch the table and I do not want him to talk to me in that rude way, he said I shall cancel my order and leave immediately. never been treated that rude at a coffee place where people shall relax and usually should feel comfortable. when I went to the Museumscounter the guard apologized and said this is not the first time happening and I shall write to the museum. while I was speaking to the guard the café-person shouted to all of the other customers about me changing the table. he could not calm down. it was an aweful experience tbh. sehr sehr schade irgendwie, wirft ein total schlechtes Licht auf das Museum, das eines meiner Lieblingsmuseen in Berlin war…

Cake was ok, coffee was terrible, attendant stressed out (no way I could get my americano). Overpriced.

Rather high museum cafe prices, but the coffee is awful, tastes like bitter dirt. Cakes are nice, and the sandwiches are acceptable. Iike that it's in a large hall, the space works.

beautiful café in the museum! very high ceelings and huge glass doors. Calm place to work or have a coofee! the waiters are super nice!
