This small cafe at Engelbecken has some great views. It has indoor as well as outdoor sitting facing the water front and park thereafter. A very good place to relax particularly on a sunny day while enjoying coffee or beer. Some of their food dishes are very good. Reasonably priced.

Good place to enjoy the pond view on a nice day. View/location is perfect, food is alright but not too special.
They offer a breakfast menu in the morning (around 10€) and Asian dishes from noon onwards. There is also a selection of cakes (around 4€). In spring you can see swans in their nest right next to the seating area. When the sun is out there are also turtles sunbathing on small platforms in the pond.

Visited the place for an afternoon coffee and ordered a latte with a sandwich/ toast. I would say it felt a little bit pricey.
The view of the lake is great everywhere and it definitely helps the whole experience a lot (except if you seat inside of course).
The staff was kind and helpful even when I only spoke English. Cash and cards where accepted.

Beautiful view with good coffee. They also have a selection of cakes that were nice. A definitely must-go if you want a relaxed time over coffee.

The place is really pretty on the lake with ducks and swans.. my only issue is the high prices from the cafe

Location is good, service is the worst.
I ordered a drink and the waitress came but it was about raining and i told her can I go inside because it is raining. I have laptop, book and backpack and she told yeah sure take it with you because I don’t know where you wanna stay. I didn’t have a free hand, she didn’t even offer any kind of help!

I never had such rude behavior like this in Berlin!

Great place to sit outside or inside. Amazing if you want to work on your laptop (the wifi is strong!). Vegan options are available (the coconut rice is so delicious:)). Staff is friendly and perfect for a sunny day ☀️
