Mexican food is still something a little underrepresented in Berlin and burrito window is a welcome addition. the place is pretty small, but has an honest feel to it and the burritos were good. we felt that the wraps were spot on and the stuffing had this right blackbeanish taste to it. Service was friendly and fast. Recommendable!

Very very good (vegetarian) burritos !
I have high expectations towards food and I love burritos and tried them in the States, but those ones are as good as the ones in the States or even better. Yummy guacamole, fresh ingredients and even a kind service. I can absolutely recommend this place :)

UPDATE (Dec 4th, 2019): We tried the burrito again and was a bit disappointed. The bottom line is: The flavor of your burrito will heavily depend on WHO MAKES IT. All the ingredients are there but the flavor was really off this time. Consistency is key for a successful restaurant. I hope they pay attention to that.

My partner and I were BLOWN ????AWAY by the spicy chicken burrito! We added guacamole as well, which was a great addition. I am not sure why this place received some negative reviews about the sizing or taste, because we are from the west coast of the US, where Mexican cuisine is pretty amazing, and to be honest we found this place to be FANTASTIC! ????Glad we discovered the Burrito Window and decided to give it a shot. It was creamy with tons of flavor. Definitely best burrito we have tried in Berlin so far and we will be back SOON! Keep up the good work!!

I don't know what happend to this restaurant! I used to order from there online and it was once my favorite Mexican food restaurant in Berlin.
Now their food is just overpriced and not even well spiced.
I ordered the tofu quesadilla and it was not even filled properly and very dry.
Very disappointed! I really hope they work on their food. It used to be AWSOME!
(It could've just been a bad day or something, I don't want to you to not try out their food!)

I am honestly so disappointed.
I ordered two burritos and nachos for delivery. The ONLY thing that was different when I added the same super soy burrito a second time was that it included guacamole. I ordered both of these burritos from the same menu page.

I got a burrito and a salad.

I called to ask why, and I was blamed (it was apparently my fault), laughed at, and hung up on.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. the food we were delivered was not just wrong, but horrible. The salad was sad and tasteless. I couldn’t even pawn it off on my coworkers. When they mess up your delivery you’ll only be hung up on and ignored.

also, the nachos and guac were NEVER going to be worth 5€. I expected home made, delicious nachos at this cost. What I got was grade school food.
