Awful. Can't get an order right. Give you small sizes when you pay for large. 1 patty when you pay for two. Often try refuse you when you just want your correct order.

throughout germany, mc donalds is simply the better alternative. in my opinion, the branches are cleaner, the standards are more hygienic and most of the employees at least understand german or english. At burger king it's becoming increasingly impertinent and impudent. the tables haven't been wiped down, the floor is sticky. Today, a single assistant was responsible for the whole store and I had to wait 20 minutes. hahaha it's that fast in this fast-food restaurant. the way the so-called boss treats his employees there is audacious. and if Burger King hires someone like that, it's Burger King's own fault if people will simply not show up anymore

The worst customer service. You know, Burger King is a large international company. I ordered a take-out burger and fries and the burger wasn’t the one which I have ordered. And of course, it is 2€ cheaper. I went to Burger King back, and complained it. The casher said, they don’t have any CASH?! to refund. (Haha…, believe it or not) also they said additionally, I need to contact their customer service on their website. Yeah, it was just 2€, but I wrote them anyway cause of their unbelievable customer service and the refund policy. Burger King never contacts me back. I wrote them one more time, and still no answers since December 2021.
Just wasting my time and this is the way they earn money. I will never go there again.

The most horrible fast food service so far! We were waiting for our order more than 10 minutes and burgers were cold. I’ve asked to change them but the new ones also were cold! Only 2 people works on the kitchen and they are sooo slow.
