Arrived in Berlin and was in here an hour later for a metal show on a Saturday in January. Not sure what all these negative reviews are about - the beer was good and pretty cheap, with cheerful enough service.

Just make sure you have a sense of humour when it comes to the doormen - especially if you don't speak German!

Oh, and yes it was loud - it's a rock bar!

this is a special place if you like metal! Bands almost every day great collection of booze and beers and a very special decoration!!

Small stage, few places to sit, expensive drinks, a beer cost 4,80€ which includes 3€ for recycling of the plastic cups. But, they book cool bands. The people are bad at thrashing thou. If you go here, you have to be the pit starter, Berlin metalheads are too spoiled with good concerts so they're not letting loose their inner fire.

An amazing place for anyone who enjoys metal music. You will be introduced to great bands from all over the world with live music. Not to mention the friendly staff.

This isn’t any kind of bar, this is the Blackland Bar. A must go when in Berlin. Amazing people to talk with and the best metal music ever. Last but not least, there are the greatest drinks for a very cheap price. What are you waiting for? GO THERE!! Schnell

Awesome place for those who like to listen to rock/ heavy metal.

2 times a month there is an open stage on sundays. You just subscribe your name to a music you want to play. If there is enough musician to play it , you get are on stage!
