Went there on a Saturday early evening. The food is pretty good, but takes long time to come. Prices are on the way high end. The person who was handling the payment in the end was not professional, and we literally had to ask to pay 5 times and wait more than 20 minutes to be able to pay. If I am paying premium money for rather normal dishes I expect at least excellent treatment from the staff which was definitely not there, and it seems like a common feedback recently as you can see in the other comments.

If you love good steak then this is the place for you.

A really well presented dining room with friendly staff is what you find here.

The staff recommended drinks and food well so no worries about having a bad meal.

The food was well presented.

The only downfall is that the prices are a little high. Especially for the side dishes that are priced high but the portions are small.

We've enjoyed a lovely dinner at Black Pug. As starters my spouse and I shared the hummus and falafel combo, as well as the beetroot carpacio. Both dishes were fantastic!

We followed with the surf u0026 turf and a pulled pork burger. The filet was perfectly medium rare as ordered and the shrimps were very tasty, too! I ordered the truffled sweet potato fries to go with the steak and thoroughly enjoyed them, too! My spouse's burger was great, too. The pulled pork has a well-rounded flavor of BBQ, apple, and spice.

Not only was our food great, the staff was also super friendly and helpful. They were quick, gave good recommendations, and made sure that we felt very welcome, even considering the current Corona situation.

We'll definitely be back!

Great atmosphere! It is a pleasure to sit at the bar in the comfy chairs. Everything we've tasted so far has been amazing and on top of that you get A+ cocktails. The nicest service in Berlin! We'll be back!

What a great steakhouse. Had multiple cuts of their meat and it all was delicious. All the cuts were also perfectly cooked to each persons request. Amazing bar staff too with great drinks and wine.

Felt the xmas mood already choosing goose for our main course at Black Pug Berlin yesterday. Pulled goose burger with red cabbage and truffle sweet potatoe fries did not disappoint. There are also a variety of dry aged meats on the menu. Service was exceptionally great! Will sure be back!

Excellent Breakfast. Easily the best in Berlin. This breakfast for two came with Eggs Benedict, with bacon and pastrami, grilled cheese, BLT, Grilled Halloumi, fallafel, fresh fruits, and bread. Staff were also very friendly. Orders came out also quickly. Look forward to being back and trying more on the menu.
