Filthy rooms, mold and mildew, ants crawling everywhere even in food. most importantly negligence and malpractice in a way of not monitoring patients while hospitalized or discharging patients in an unstable condition is happening at this hospital. I am a healthcare provider and know what I am talking about. This place needs to be regulated or shut down.

I took my wife for a simple allergy reaction, we waited from 20:00 till 22:40, meanwhile two other patients coming after us entered and got service and left. My wife was suffering for the allergy but they made us wait without any response. They didn’t even ask my wife’s problem, and they just asked about the insurance card which we provided.
This un human attitude made me write this review.
Please don’t go there !!!!!!!!

Nurses and cleaning staff are super kind and helpful, awfully understaffed for doctors. I had to wait 6 hours sitting in my room to get a doctor talking to me and release me to go home, just awful avoid it if you can.

My wife was well cared for; the hospital is clean, airy and calm. The staff were caring, friendly and very helpful. An excellent hospital.

Ein Ort wo dem Patienten noch wirklich zugehört wird, die Ärzte, Schwestern- u0026 Pflegeteams herzlich, geduldig und stets zuvorkommend den Dienst am Patienten*in verrichten.

Auch der Empfang bei der Anmeldung sowie die Verwaltung waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Verpflegung war gut.
Das Bethel Krankenhaus liegt im ruhigen und grünen Süden Berlins und ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen.

Ein besonderes Lob gilt den großartigen Damen und Herren von Station 1b!!!

Liebes Team der Intensivstation, erst einmal möchte ich mich bei allen Mitarbeitern der Intensivstation entschuldigen. Ich weiß, dass ich ein besonderer Patient war und nicht gerade pflegeleicht, aber mit viel Geduld, immer gleichbleibender Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft und hoch qualifizierter Betreuung haben sie mich nach 14 Tagen in die Tagesklinik entlassen. Ich darf nach nunmehr 6 Wochen sagen, es geht mit deutlich besser und ich hoffe, dass sich alles zum Guten entwickelt. Ich bin jedenfalls sehr guter Hoffnung und darf mich bei allen recht herzlich bedanken und wünschen Ihnen viel Kraft für Ihre täglichen Aufgaben, die wirklich volle Hingabe erfordert.
