The gym looks fantastic from the outside, we were nearby by chance and directly decided to register for my wife, but the sales persons were not on-site this day, so we dropped our names and numbers to be contacted but never happened!. Für den Preis den man zahlt, sollte man auch mal die Geräte erneuern und etwas moderner gestalten. Also für richtiges Krafttraining ist das Fitnessstudio nichts. Ehr was für Ältere leider. Die Geräte sind sehr alt und meistens schon kaputt. Es gibt so super Geräte und Maschinen in anderen Studios was man im Monat 20-40 Euro zahlt. Wäre echt super, wenn für die Brust und Rückenmuskulatur neuere und bessere Geräte kommen. Ansonsten ist das Fitness Studio für die Ausstattung viel viel zu teuer und steht überhaupt nicht mehr im Verhältnis.
Mitarbeiter sind super nett und alles ist sauber.

Ich war mal da und fand es ok. Bin aber nicht mehr bereit, fast 100 Euro zu zahlen, dafür dass ich nicht spontan entscheiden kann, zum Sport zu gehen sondern alles am Tag davor buchen soll. Corona hin oder her, das geht gar nicht. Entweder Preisreduzierung, weil man die Leistung nicht vollständig erbringt, oder keine Einschränkung.

Über einen Gutschein einer Freundin konnte ich ein kostenloses Training in diesem Fitnessstudio absolvieren. Dafür musste ich als Pfand meinen Perso abgeben. So weit so gut. Jedoch als ich gehen wollte, wurde mir gesagt, dass mein Perso nicht auffindbar ist. Die Person, die meinen Perso genommen hat ist schon früher in den Feierabend gegangen und war erst nach 15 Minuten übers Handy zu erreichen. Stellt sich heraus, die Person hat mein Perso in ihrem Büro eingeschlossen. Des Weiteren hat sie sich geweigert den Pin für ihr Büro den anderen Mitarbeitern zu geben. Ein absolutes Unding. Wie kommt man darauf Persos in sein Büro zu packen und dann zu gehen? Daraufhin wurde mir versichert, dass mein Perso so schnell wie möglich per Einschreiben zugeschickt wird. Auch eine absolute Frechheit, denn der Perso kam erst nach 10 Tagen per Post bei mir an. Mehrfach musste ich hinterher telefonieren. Eine Kompensation habe ich auch nicht erhalten.
Solltet ihr euren Perso als Pfand dort abgeben, stellt sicher, dass dieser am Tresen aufbewahrt wird.
