We booked this establishment by Booking at the beginning of the afternoon asking for an arrival between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. We had a response at 6:00 p.m. that the establishment was closing at 4:30 p.m. The establishment therefore canceled the 3-day reservation without any refund.

However, this establishment accepts special requests on booking.

The bathroom is very modern, only the open shower in the middle takes some getting used to, would probably be better placed at the window, but still perfect. Kitchen has everything you need for self catering. Bed in the bedroom is 1.60 m wide. Couch in the living room big enough for other guests and 2 extra beds are also there. However, the apartment is more for 2-4 adults because of the dining options and the lack of an extra toilet. TV program has all the channels you can imagine. WiFi is very good. Windows are double, so that you don't hear anything from the street on the 4th floor. Not everyone can use the 4th floor without a lift, but it is doable.
Scheduling an appointment with James worked great. Super friendly guy, explained everything to us in detail and took a lot of time. There were also tips for the Italian downstairs (excellent) and a lounge downtown. Subway station 7 minutes away and you are everywhere in no time.
All in all great apartment and a great option for a few days.

Wunderschöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit tollem Parkett und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Super sauber. Das Bad ist top modern, nur die offene Dusche in der Mitte gewöhnungsbedürftig, wäre am Fenster wohl besser platziert, aber trotzdem einwandfrei. Küche hat alles, was man braucht zum Selbstversorgen. Bett im Schlafzimmer ist 1.60 m breit. Couch im Wohnzimmer groß genug für weitere Gäste und 2 Beistellbetten sind auch noch da. Allerdings ist die Wohnung eher was für 2-4 Erwachsene wegen den Eßmöglichkeiten und fehlendem extra WC. TV Programm hat alle Sender, die man sich vorstellen kann. WLAN ist sehr gut. Fenster sind doppelt, so dass man von der Straße im 4. OG nichts mitbekommt. 4. OG ohne Fahrstuhl kann nicht jeder, ist aber zu schaffen.
Terminvereinbarung mit James hat super geklappt. Super sympatischer Typ, hat alles uns ausführlich erklärt und sich viel Zeit genommen. Tipps für den Italiener unten (hervorragend) und einer Lounge in der Innenstadt gab es auch noch. U- Bahn Haltestelle 7 Minuten entfernt und man ist ruckzuck überall.
Allem in allem tolle Wohnung und eine tolle Option für mehrere Tage.
