Though this place is not and should not be a place for tourists, my fiance and I found ourselves here while having a delay between flixbus switches. It is a very casual bar with traditional German beer. What got me was how nice the locals of this bar were. They seemed to be so excited to have a couple from the United States there to share their bar with them. They bought us drinks and we shared good conversation with them. It was a great opportunity to experience true German culture! If you are a person who enjoys drinks and indoor smoking with friendly locals then this is the place for you :)

Real off time German beer house, I have been coming to Germany for 25 years and these places are disappearing, lovely staff, the young lady speaks perfect English and agreed with me that it’s sad but the old bars/ pub is fading out.

Pretty welcoming staff. I loved it!!! I was there in Berlin only for couple of hours and I found it but I do recommend it for sure
