Air conditioning is very loud
Rooms are quite small, some others are okay but there’s better for the price.
Small sink and shower in some rooms are basically part of the room.
A little loud steer by day and evening but ok by night.
If I didn’t have better I would give 4/5.
Having AC is a +1 star since some hotels don’t have it.
Overall decent but if you want better experience pay extra for a better room.

Room was perfect. Service was prompt, courteous and helpful. Good walkable location to restaurants and attractions. Enjoyed breakfast at excellent deli right across the street.

Ok the room are not so large, but they are well organized, with the WC separated by the shower and the bed very large qnd comfortable and I had also a little desk and a small round table, and 2 chair: so the space was enough. The silent was ABSOLUTE!!! The cleaning was not perfect (on the ground remain day after day some debris) but acceptable. The position is the most strategic you can find.

Clean and small hotel In the center of Berlin near to a lot of places and beside the Ukranian Consulate.
Small rooms but just what you need to rest and visit Berlin.
Everything you need is there .
Helpful staff.

The place is awesome. Friendly and accommodating reception. Not that far from the tram station. Quiet neighborhood at night.

EXCELLENT LOCATION hotel ????????very friendly staff. Rooms very clean. Kitchen only works for breakfast.

Terrible experience - the hotel is closed but they are still taking reservations. I booked over a month ago, this weekend is the Berlin Marathon and they are conveniently located close to the event. I didn’t receive any communication from them, until I got to the location to find a sign in German saying “sorry we are closed” on the front door. I had help from a local who translated and found out my reservation was available at another Best Western location. They blame Expedia but Google says the hotel is open too and is taking reservations… whoever is updating their ability is doing a very incompetent job.
