Ich kann die Unzufriedenheit der Menschen nicht verstehen. Ich hatte gestern Termin zu erst Untersuchung. Seit November 21 gewartet. Es ist doch eine Zeichen dafür, das die Ärzte gut sind warum das man auf Termin so lange warten muss. Und das mit dem Warten war auch nicht so tragisch. Ich fand, es war gut organisiert. Ankommen Nummer ziehen, dann wird man am Schalter gerufen und die Personalien festgelegt, dann zur erst Untersuchung, Unterlagen vom haus Arzt abgeben dann zu andere Untersuchung geschickt und zurück auf den Arzt warten. Und eine sehr gründliche Untersuchung wird durch geführt nach dem assistieren Arzt die vor Arbeit mit dem vor Geschichte erfasst hat.
Ich hatte eine Oberärztin Frau Dr. Winterhalter, die sehr freundlich war genau so der asisstenz Arzt. Und es wurde alles genau erklärt was ich habe und was gemacht werden kann und muss. Ich hatte nicht mal die Zeit was anders zu mache zum Zeit vertreibt. Ich habe einanderthalb Stunde insgesamt Zeit verbracht. Ich habe CVK Augen Ambulanz mit Absicht gewählt da ich mit dem kardiologische Ambulanz sehr zufrieden bin. Die Belegschaft gibt sich solche Mühe um alles genau zu untersuchen damit es kein Fehler gibt. Vielleicht muss ich nächste mal länger warten, das muss ich aber in Kauf nehmen wenn ich mit der Ergebnis zufrieden bin.

Ich versuche seit ein paar Monaten jmd dort zu erreichen weil man ja ohne Termin nicht rein kommt!!
Ich finde es außerdem unzumutbar 8h mit FFp2 Maske warten zu müssen und davon mal ab finde ich es schrecklich wie viele Termine an einem Tag gemacht werden.Kein wunder das alles so lange dauert.
