I cannot recommend this hotel - not for business trips and not for short leisure trips.
The staff is unprofessional and especially unfriendly. The first night I checked in, it took the reception 20 minutes to check me in although I was the only guest and then she gave me the wrong room and I had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Then she gave me a room where the light in the bathroom didn’t work and the tiles in the shower were dirty. The next day I had an unfriendly encounter with her colleague that took over. She was bossy and unfriendly, barely tried to help me with my needs which I expect from a 4 Star Hotel. The elevator is very slow. In my room paint came off the walls near the windows. Loud beeping noises from a loading area can be heard when you open the window. The mini bar was empty. It felt more like 1 or 2 Stars than the expected 4 Stars. I cannot recommend this hotel at all - please stay somewhere else if you want to enjoy your stay. It’s just not worth it for the price and it’s not even close to holding its promises in terms of comfort and being treated like a guest.

Great hotel. Stayed twice. Both times I took a deluxe room and it was worth it. High ceilings, balcony. Possible, the room is a little dark, but for me that's a plus. Decent breakfast. The location is great. I would love to stay again.

I don't really understand the 1 star reviews.
The hotel is definitely not the best i've ever been to but for the price is fair.
The food (breakfast) is good.
The rooms are clean
The Staff was fast.
Will return if given the chance.

Good hotel located in the lovely Schöneberg neighborhood. Well connected to most central locations in Berlin, connection to the Hauptbahnhof is a little tricky if you are taking the train though, especially at odd hours of the day. Rooms are quite big and clean and tidy. We had the double room, the view was non existent but happy with everything else. Service was also pretty good, we had to check out early and they emailed us the invoice later pretty promptly. Lot of eateries and funky places to have a drink nearby. We had a favorite cafe nearby for breakfast. Will definitely stay there again when in Berlin.

We booked a doble room with a king bed. They gave us a room with 2 beds joined in the middle ... cuddling was out of the question since the mattres had space better them and if made it hard to feel comfortable.

This hotel has a great location, good amenities and a fantastic breakfast spread. Rooms are large and spacious. The staff puts in extra effort to keep them super clean. Bathrooms are super clean too. A nice Indian and an Italian restaurants close by helps keep your tummy full. Highly recommended.
