We booked for 4 people and the unit was barely large enough to hold 2 Queen sized beds in a column with a little bit of room leftover and the beds to navigate the kitchenette and the tiny, practically unusable dining table around the room. Not too tight, no complaints. The one bathroom in the unit was clean and spacious. Location in very nice and makes it super easy to navigate the city.

The unit we got, however, is right above the noisy/lively street which has constant buzz from youngsters, trams and traffic. When temperatures cross 75F/24C the room gets hot enough that you will need to open the windows and run the two fans they give you, pretty much 24x7. The nose makes it impossible to keep the windows open so speeding through the night gets a little challenging as there is no air conditioning.

This place is **dreamy**!! One of the best rental apartments we’ve stayed at on tour, of hundreds. Modern, clean, fantastic city view, spacious, huge windows, its perfection. We will def stay here again when we return to Berlin!

Very very noisy location, rooms have absolutely no ventilation and air conditioning. So either guests get fried in hot summer or open the window to welcome all the loud noise from the busy street. We were provided with a fan that we managed to keep on top of a chair but nevertheless 2 sleepless nights spent. The apartment we were in was a bit cramped for a family of 4.

I loved this place so much! It was perfect. Staff where super accommodating, the flat was pristine, super spacious, it felt like having my own home in Berlin. I will definitely be staying here again and can't recommend it enough. We had a smart TV, sound system, tablet and the comfiest bed ever. We had all the comforts of home and in beautiful part of Berlin. It is so close to amazing cafes, restaurants and vintage clothing shops and boutiques.

In terms of the room all well cleaned. The kitchen utensils were brand new and user-friendly. Staff was cordial and helpful. The location of the hotel makes walking around the city very easy. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. Value for money accommodation in Berlin.

Absolutely perfect.

The apartment was so well thought out - it was SO spacious, comfortable, lots of natural light - and everything was modern and up-to-date. I could not recommend it more highly (and I am very tough to please!), I will definitely be staying here on all my future trips to Berlin! The location was also fantastic - super close to brilliant restaurants and of course all the sights and accessible from both airports. They also let us check out at 3pm at no extra cost which I really value a lot.

The ONLY complaint I have was that the Wifi didn't work reliably so we were unable to watch a movie.
