About a week ago, I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks. At first glance it was a bit weird. The apartment looked a bit old but when you step in its different. They had it renovated and its completely different from the outside. I went with my 2 kids and it was a fun stay. The staff members are nice. The location is very convenient. We had a supermarket very close from where we stayed. Definitely recommend this place.

Wir hatten über Booking.com ein Apartment (35 qm) mit Schlafsofa und Essecke für 4 Nächte gebucht. Als wir gegen 14.30 Uhr ankamen war, wie angekündigt, die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt und der Raum noch nicht beziehbar. Wir durften aber schon unser Gepäck in den für uns vorgesehenen unseren Raum bringen. Zu unserer Überraschung war er nur circa 20 qm groß und hatte weder Essecke noch Schlafsofa.
Am nächsten morgen wurden wir darüber informiert, dass es einen Raum wie wir gebucht hatten im ApartHotel nicht gibt und das der Fehler bei Booking.com liegen müsste. Wir könnten einen Preisnachlass von 6 Euro pro Nacht bekommen, weil das die Vermittlungsgebühr für Booking.com wäre, war das Entgegenkommen der schwarz maskierten Frau in der Rezeption. Damit war das Zimmer deutlich teurer, als der normale Preis gewesen wäre. Sehr ärgerlich!

Der Betreiber von ApartHotel war plötzlich nicht mehr für uns zu sprechen! Freunde von uns die das Gespräch mithören waren fassungslos.

Gute, sehr ruhige Lage in Lichterfelde. Das kleine Apartment hatte alles, was es brauchte. Die Betten waren ok und alles war sehr sauber. Leider konnte man an Ort und Stelle nicht frühstücken, aber dadurch, dass es in der Nähe viele kleine Cafés gibt, kein Problem. Preis-Leistung passt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
