The worst drink I ever had. That two drinks in red actually should be home made ice tea and home made limolade, however they tasted like the same, just fruit tea bag with ice water. We paid 4.9€ for a glass of water tasted tea. The coffee was not coffee at all. Tasted like instant coffee. This cafe located in tourists attraction, no wonder quality is not what they concerned.

the service brought a lot of chaos on place. we wanted to order at the bar, because we just wanted little snacks, after that we were told to sit down, waited a few minutes just to be told to go order at the bar, the waitress gave us one snack less and ran away from us few times to do another job while serving us, the food itself was kind of fine but overpriced for my taste, and theres no option to takeaway

Selection of cakes and treats in offer seemed okay.

Unfortunately one member of staff was very rude and dismissive thus we decided not to stay as we felt so unwelcome. Given several other reviews detailing the same issue spanning years, it makes one wonder whether anything has changed.

Denied service- they are the coffee shop in a museum and I was unable to order an espresso. There was someone standing by in the counter waiting, but she told me she could not take my order. Staff was rude and I was instructed to wait for a table, however half of the tables were blocked off so that people could not sit there. Maybe better just to put a standard coffee shop in the museum .

We had a good experience here. Yes, it’s expensive, but you’re eating at a restaurant inside a museum — what do you expect?! We had an oriental wrap, a club salmon sandwich, gunpowder green tea and a latte macchiato. The food was fresh, crispy and tasty. Staff was typical German, not overly friendly but not rude either. Underrated place.

Just wanted to have some water and a cappuccino. It took 40 minutes counting after I was already on the table. Only one woman working, her colleague does nothing. It’s quite pathetic.
