The 1990s called, they want their lounge back. The front of house staff were lovely. It's a shame they have to try and work with that space and those facilities. I know airlines don't want to spend money on the space but, given there is no new airport in the short term. I'm not sure why they cannot at least give it a face lift. Oh and tying to find it is a little treasure hunt in itself. This photo is pretty much all the signage you see before getting to the door of the lounge.

The lounge has been reopened after few months of lockdown. Snacks are very limited. You can take sandwich, croissant and some chocolate sticks.

not easy to find this lounge，it's small and old fashion，just like someone said，from year 90s，food and beverage is below averaged. There is no restroom is unacceptable!

Very comfortable and quiet, with good snacks. Very convenient as they come and tell you when to go to the gate for security checks (yes, in this order: lounge, then security!). The only negative point is the absence of toilets in the lounge, but one can easily get there by using the lift in front of the lounge - no big deal in fact! Was a pleasant experience :-)

Nice and quiet. Big minus for no toilet facilities inside the lounge. Another big minus which is mostly for the airport itself is that the lounge is outside security control and it's a pain. Since using this airport a few times a month I'm not even bothered to visit lounge as the line for security is getting bigger every time I'm here. (No priority line)

This is just a review for your check in staff at counter, you have an amazing woman that I couldn’t catch her name but is of Asian origin who is perhaps the best airline staff I have ever seen! My ticket was void for some reason even though I had all confirmed and it was before 9am so Air France was closed but she went above and beyond to help me and book me another ticket when I asked for her name she refused and said it’s her job! Her colleague right next to her just told me my ticket is void and I have to call the center, she saw the issue and handled it! RESPECT!

Very small lounge, not many food options. No bathroom. If there are many delays from KLM/Air France than it is a bit impossible to find a seat. Positive point: People that work here are really nice.
