I did not enjoy the experience here at all. We were seated and weren’t given menus. After some time we got a stack of menus some of which too large to manoeuvre. Awful start.

The wait staff did not seem friendly at all as other ppl mentioned here and our food took about half hour to come ????. Persons came after us and were served before us. We were starving by the time the food came.

Fruit fly infestation. There are plants inside and everyone knows that fruit flies love the soil but the restaurant owners need to do something about the fly infestation. Whilst eating u are literally fighting with the flies and trying to enjoy a meal. That was unpleasant at best.

I had a schnitzel with mushroom sauce with Bratkartoffeln. The meat was fine but the potatoes were overcooked and almost soggy. My friend had the Pfannkuchen which was awful, undercooked and tasted like eggs and nothing else. I would not return here and I was really disappointed considering all these great reviews.

I had a well prepared and proportioned meal here. Original Nürnberger Rostbratwürstchen was my choice and it was great. The mashed potatoes had little bits of solid potato in it that created a subtle and pleasant texture. I was given just enough mustard for my sausage. Even the sauerkraut was above average.

This is the best place for traditional German cuisine. It’s also great they take credit cards as we found out some shops and restaurants only take cash. We had a feast eating schnitzel with mushrooms and our appetizer was delicious. Decent selection of beer along with a couple of local brews. They mostly speak German but they did have a waitress who understood English and even better was their menu in English! They told us they usually have reservations and are fully booked but we were lucky to get a table that night. Such a great dinner! It felt like home if you grew up in a German household as I did. We’d go here again.

We ordered a plate with a schnitzel, fries and others or mixed meat with crauti and potatoes, the schizzel was burned on the edges and raw in the center, the fries were very oily and the meat dish had a burning and burning taste. several potatoes were burned, I do not advise it

We enjoyed good food u0026 service here, very helpful u0026 spoke some spoke English u0026 had English menus. Around €3-4 for 40cl beer u0026 €10-15 meal. Although €5.50 for a 50cl coke seems expensive.
Otherwise nice central spot, cheers
