Atmosphere (it was wonderfully warm) and cosy! Service attentive and the food DELICIOUS!

GREEK does not just mean gyros, here the menu offers a large selection: appetizers, fish, fillet, steak, casseroles, dessert!

We had the Metaxa casserole, Knossos platter and I had the steak with fried onions and little champion heads with fried potatoes. Then I ordered a peppercorn sauce. I'm very upset that I didn't take a picture of my plate. It was a PLEASURE! MY MEAT PERFECT!!!!

Only the search for a parking space was a bit nerve-wracking, but the food made us forget it again :)

Was für ein tolles griechisches Lokal! Besuch war an einem Mittwoch.

Ambiente (es war herrlich warm) und gemütlich! Service aufmerksam und das Essen LECKER !

GRIECHISCH bedeutet ja nicht nur Gyros, hier bietet die Karte eine große Auswahl: Vorspeisen, Fisch, Filet, Steak, Aufläufe, Nachtisch!

Wir hatten den Metaxaauflauf, Knossos Teller und ich hatte das Steak mit gebratenen Zwiebeln sowie kleinen Championköpfen mit Bratkartoffeln. Dazu habe ich dann noch eine Pfeffersauce bestellt. Ich ärgere mich sehr, dass ich von meinem Teller kein Foto gemacht habe. Es war ein GENUSS ! MEIN FLEISCH PERFEKT!!!!

Nur die Parkplatz suche war etwas nervenaufreibend, aber das Essen hat es wieder vergessen lassen :)

Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Weiter so !

My tip: if you're also a fan of good tzatziki, order an extra portion (named starter) right at the start... the restaurant really can't be surpassed in terms of friendliness. The aperitif served at the beginning was very tasty, with a mild finish...a mixture of several spirits, as I was told.
Last but not least we got an ouzo, well chilled and served with a snappy saying.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, urige Location - sogar mit Kegelbahn, unmittelbare Parkplatzmoglichkeiten vor Ort und in der Nachbarstraße.
Ich hatte Gyros mit Fritten und Majonaise bestellt, glaube es war die 61.
Das Tzatziki war phänomenal gut, mit Garantie selbstgemacht. Die Menge an Tzatziki die zum Gericht dazugereicht wurde, empfand ich als sehr klein. Die Dritten waren ebenfalls sehr dünn geschnitten, was sich leider etwas im Kartoffelgeschmack bemerkbar machte. Als ich etwas Majonaise bestellte, bekam ich ein kleines Tütchen zum aufreißen ..
Mein Tipp: wer ebenfalls ein Fan von gutem Tzatziki ist, bestellt gleich zu Beginn eine Extraportion (named Vorspeise) dazu ...an Freundlichkeit ist das Lokal wirklich nicht zu übertreffen. Der zu Beginn gereichte Aperitif war sehr schmackhaft, mild im Abgang..eine Mischung aus mehreren Spirituosen wie mir mitgeteilt wurde.
Zu guter Letzt bekamen wir einen Ouzo, gut gekühlt und mit einem flotten Spruch serviert.

Hallo, wenn ein Restaurant ständig gut besucht ist und fast immer ausgebucht ist dann hat das wohl einen guten Grund. Es stimmt also auch nach so vielen Jahren immer noch die Qualität und der Preis. Es lohnt sich dort einmal die griechische Küche zu genießen. Nur meine Lieblingsspeise der große Vorspeisen Teller hat leider deutlich nachgelassen. Arbeitet bitte daran und macht ihn wieder so wie früher.
