Nie wieder! Habe des öfteren Schuhe bei Footlocker gekauft aber ab heute nie wieder.
Unfreundlich, inkompetent, kunden desorientiert und Unverschämt oben drauf.

Habe mir 170 Euro Schuhe gekauft und als ich nett nachfragte wie sie ausfallen und ob die Schuhe sich noch weiten, wurde mit gernevt geantwortet: "Woher soll ich das bitte wissen ?"

Trotzdem kaufte ich sie trotzdem da sie mir sehr gefielen. Leider Gottes weiten oder dehnen sich Schuhe aus aber bei den Exemplar war es too much.

Wollte sie daraufhin (2Tage später) ne Nummer kleiner haben da sie sonst zu groß sind, woraufhin das Spektakel anfing....

"Kunden desorientierung" wie es im buche steht.

Man versuchte mich regelrecht rauszuschmeißen obwohl ich höflich und diskret blieb.

Werde mich bis nach ganz oben beschweren und nie wieder dort oder generell bei footlocker einkaufen.

Rate jedem ab dort zu Kaufen.
