If i could give 6 starts i would...
If you are looking for the best restaurant here around, it is here in this restaurant.
I usually not get impressed by the atmosphere, but here it is totally different... The design, the light, the music (and volume) it is perfect!
The food is well plated and prepared, juicy pork, well blanched mussels in tomatoes soup, perfect timing for serving the food, very satisfying size of dish...
And the light, creamy, fruty delicate tiramisu at the end... Just look at the photos...

After the greeting we were shown to our lovingly laid table. After the welcome prosecco, the starter was served, a smoked cream soup with apple and mackerel. The interplay of apple and mackerel was a culinary delight.
For the main course there was goose breast with marzipan apple and red cabbage, or veal escalope with cranberries and french fries, which included mayo / ketchup without asking.
For dessert there was not only fruit sorbet, or. Tartufo with vanilla ice cream, but also a little fireworks display. Since all dishes are freshly prepared, the prices are of course a bit higher, but we were happy to accept that.

Anlässlich unseres 40. Hochzeitstages waren wir zum ersten Mal im D'Aquila zu Gast. Der erste Eindruck dieses gewölbeartigen Ambientes war schon enorm. Nach der Begrüßung wurden wir an unseren liebevoll eingedeckten Tisch geführt. Im Anschluss an dem Begrüßungsprosecco wurde die Vorspeise serviert, eine Räuchercremesuppe mit Apfel und Makrele. Das Zusammenspiel von Apfel und Makrele war eine kulinarische Köstlichkeit.
Zum Hauptgang gab es Gänsebrust mit Marzipanapfel und Rotkohl, bzw. Kalbsschnitzel mit Preiselbeeren und Pommes,bei denen ohne nachzufragen Mayo/Ketchup dabei waren.
Zum Dessert gab es nicht nur Obstsorbet,bzw. Tartufo mit Vanilleeis, sondern auch noch ein kleines Feuerwerk. Da alle Speisen frisch zubereitet werden, sind die Preise natürlich etwas höher, was wir aber gerne in Kauf genommen haben.
Für einen rundum gelungenen Abend möchten wir uns bei Giovanni und seiner Crew bedanken. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Kreso, der uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen hat. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. LG Susanne und Knut
