Negativ: Die Zimmer im hinteren Gebäudetrakt befinden sich in einem allgemein schlechten Zustand. Die Möbel sind ausreichend und funktional, jedoch weisen sowohl Badezimmer als auch Textilprodukte zum Teil erhebliche Mängel auf. Die Zimmer waren lediglich ausreichend aber nicht vollumfänglich geputzt. Unter Betten und Matratzen etc. wurde nicht sauber gemacht. Kann daran liegen, dass wir Ausbildungsmäßig untergebracht wurden und auch wiederkommen mussten, wenn wir unzufrieden waren und die Erträge auch mit wenig Aufwand generiert wurden. Die Türen in den alten Zimmern bieten nur unzureichenden Lärmschutz.
Größter Knackpunkt ist das WLAN. Ich musste ausbildungsbedingt viel Zeit dort verbringen. Obwohl das CVJM ein Tagungshaus ist und wir uns dort auf Prüfungen vorbereiten mussten, wurde uns kein Vernünftiger Zugang zum WLAN eröffnet. Als Tagungshaus für Gruppen die Internet benötigen daher absolut gar nicht zu empfehlen. Die Bitte nach besserem Zugang zum Internet wurde stets missachtet.
