We ordered on their website a few days ago. We got an automatic email with the order number. Today we decided to check if our order was OK and if there was anything we should be aware of. We were told that the order was canceled as they were too busy. So it seems that they will not tell you that your food will never arrive. I understand that an order has to be confirmed by them personally, but why would you ignore orders that cannot be fulfilled? Pretty rude

Habe lange nach einem guten Catering gesucht,und durch eine Freundin das Catering Royal gefunden. Telefonisch und per Mail habe ich meine Wünsche geäußert musste mich um nichts mehr kümmern. Telefonische Bestellung nicht möglich da man niemanden ans Telefon bekommt. Online bestellt. Aber auch da bekommt man nur eine automatische Email das die Bestellung eingegangen ist. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen per Telefon und Email keine Antwort. Bis ich dann zwei Wochen nach Bestellung von meinem Wiederspruchsrecht gebrauch gemacht habe und die Bestellung storniert habe. Auf einmal können die sich melden, nicht nur einmal… und verlangen 60% des Bestellwertes???? Nicht seriös. Geht lieber zu einem Catering bei euch um die Ecke und lasst euch nicht von so welchen verarschen.

Durch eine Vorrauszahlung der ungenauen Rechnung stand uns am Ende eine Rückzahlung zu. Telefonisch noch per Email konnten wir irgendjemanden erreichen und auch per Post sind die Briefe zurück gekommen. Leider erst nach 8 Monaten mit Anwalt das Geld zurück erhalten.
