In short: disappointing service.

Only go here if you like to be ignored.

I'll leave only main complaint with details: Waitress brought 2 dishes without chicken, then she brought cesar salad (same for other their specialty dish in a bowl) with whole uncut piece of chicken cooked too fast and not quite ready to be served.

I don’t know when German service will understand that it’s NOT OKAY to wait for even the menu for more than 15 minutes , then again wait for a long time when you will order and then A LONG WAITING of your food. It’s about disrespect for the client!!!!!

This is the third time I come here, and I always have to wait a very long time for service, menus may not be brought for 15 minutes, water may take an hour, so I would recommend working a little with the staff on their punctuality

Friendly staff and fast delivery of order. Located in heart of the Wuppertal.

Coffee was almost cold, and the banks outside were cold to sit. You need some coushins or covers and more heating ????

Went there on public holiday and they had a great breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and a kids chair was quickly supplied. Everything we had tasted nice and prices were comparable to the competition. We'll go there again. Recommended.
