The booking says that we can book in with pets, but then they tell us that they accept only people with dogs. Imagine driving 800+ km to find out that you cant check in.

I came Germany to attend the Anuga Tradefair and its 45min drive from Hotel to destination. It was a lovely place to stay at this Best Western Waldhotel. It’s quiet and Located in mountain area. Car park is available u0026 convenient. Breakfast is available at ground floor. I would suggest to change the menu everyday to attract the customers. Foods are great but feel bored eating same dishes for 4days... Friendly staff with good service. Rooms are clean u0026 quiet. There is a pool located in basement and entertainment as well. Well recommended!

I dont have to say too much, but the photo tell you the story.
Old and stink hotel, specially the swimming pool and the room.
The swimmingpool is very stink from urine smell.
The breakfast is very poor,
The quality is under the minimum.The room is very small uncomfortable.
Dirty restaurant and the staff are not professional.

An old building in a reasonable new jacket. Mostly elderly people who use this place as their base for hiking and biking in the nature around, and a swim in the pool. Breakfast is rather German with many types of bread, eggs and sausages, cereals and yoghurt or milk. Good assortment of fruits and different juices. Very tasty strong coffee in a thermos flask (even the last cup is still very hot) and a choice of tea in a pot. Don't enjoy your breakfast late cause some items will get finished.
Rooms are rather small but clean, with television, some with a small fridge. The bathroom is adequate with a good hot shower. Wifi signal is generally strong. You get a piece of paper indicating how to log on to the wifi of the hotel and subsequently how to enter your specific allowance of this wifi system. Free parking area outside the hotel and in the parking garage.

Despite a small room and bed, but both large enough, the stay was very pleasant. Very friendly personal, clean, nice surroundings, good dinner restaurant with very delicious food and a very, very good breakfast buffet. A++

Loved the hotel, but hate the stairs. Especially being on the top floor with suitcases.
