Very nice Tram Museum! It's the first one I ever visited and it surely gave me very good vibes, remembering what the public transport was like in the past. It has a nice mix of technical exhibitions and "hop on" trams. It's also possible to ride an old tram through the city of Stuttgart.

The place is very easy to access on foot from the train station ,so it's very strategically located. The service was friendly and my son enjoyed himself because he loves trams and trains .I also love the fact that kids are free to touch some staff and the workers aren't uptight or following families around like guards.it was worth my money for me but could use some organisation and up grade, but I was told they need volunteers . There is a lot of history to be preserved ,learn and appreciated,am glad inspite of everything they are still runnung the place .

Beautiful tram museum, all old trams are well maintained. Usually less crowded. Good thing about this museum is that, one can go inside the older trams in museum and also go on a tram ride around the city for 4.5 euros.

Entry fee is 5 euro, which i felt is little overpriced, 3 euro would have been perfect.

Very cool little museum with trams running on the historic line(s) on a Sunday. Entry fee is reasonable and you can get a combo ticket for the tram rides and museum entry. I understand they are going through some renovations at the moment and that one of the historic lines is not operational (I would recommend looking in advance on their website), but what they have on display is so amazingly well kept by the dedicated staff who volunteer here. Seriously, a big kudos to everyone who keeps these vehicles in tip top shape! You can buy books and models in the front of the museum; SSB models were available for purchase when I was there.

Very interesting. Most information in English as well as German. Best to visit on Sunday since you can also ride on a vintage tram through the city.
