We were there with a large group of colleagues. Although the decor and the food was excellent, the organisation for handling a large group and the attitude of some employees towards us was quite rude.
I have a torn muscle and struggle with stairs, so I asked an employee at the bar if I could use the upstairs disability toilet to avoid having to use the stairs down to the regular toilets and then back up again. I was kindly given permission, only to be rudely reprimanded by one of the servers, a woman with dark brown hair in a high ponytail, as soon as I went to use the restroom.
The server who handled our table asked us to follow her for payment rather than settling payment at the table, which caused us having to line up. Chaos ensued. There was not really enough space to do so and it was hard for the server to find our orders, making it an unnecessarily long process. The same server who reprimanded me for using the disability toilet then rudely told one of my colleagues we were "constantly blocking her way" and that she "constantly had to ask us to move" and more rude exclamations in German, which my colleague didn't understand, but I did. (My colleague really wasn't that much in her way either, but only didn't see the server coming up from behind her as we were waiting for the rest of our group to be done paying...this server was clearly having a very bad day and took it out on us). We were asked to follow to begin with. That could have been handled better and the server who was rude to us can certainly check her attitude. Finally, we were told that someone forgot to pay their order. We all checked and none of us forgot to pay anything, meaning something was likely forgotten to check off when we settled our bill.
Again, the food and decor was really great.
Organisation could use some work. One particular server could work on her approach and managing her frustrations towards paying customers who weren't all that complicated to begin with.
