The staff is super friendly. The rooms are just enough, beds are European, there is no fridge. The Schwaben Gallery is connected. The parking garage is across the street and S-Bahn is just different down the street. The beer is cheap at Aldi. The Dost Kebabs are great. Everyone is friendly.

Nice and spacious hotel with modern interior. Staff is super friendly and location is very good. Hotel is attached the Swabien gallery. Resturaunt and shopping galore. Bus and train are just 4 min walk away.

The Hotel is big and very good.. but the service is not as expected. I hope the service will improve in the future. No kettle, coffee stuff in my room and no water bottles are provided.

Very friendly and accommodating, restaurant is closed and wifi is not working properly. Other than that, great place to stay.

The hotel itself is located in good access to shopping facilities.

The reception is unfortunately not staffed 24 h and the online promised spa offer could not be used in the hotel.

The breakfast is on the level of a 2 star hotel.

The rooms I could have described as modern in the 2000s, today they are unfortunately outdated and worn. The smell inside the rooms is also very unpleasant.

On the positive side, I found the roof terrace and the various retreats within the hotel.

It needs urgent modernization in my opinion to rate it as a 4 star hotel.
Currently it is a good 3 star standard.

One of of the worst hotel ever. I’ve stayed for 6 nights and it’s been a disaster. First night security couldn’t do anything with some party people. Now, the heating system is broken and since 6 AM it’s making a horrible sound compared to a truck engine powered on sitting next to you.

PLEASR AVOID THIS HOTEL! It’s a nightmare.

Bottle of water. A shower that works for tall people. Good bed. Clean. AC that does not blow in die face and is quiet.

What can you complain about...

I recommend.

5 stars when you can get some snacks or drinks to your room easily. The machines in the hall only accept coins, not card and 17 Euro for parking is pretty expensive. Some deal would help.

10 euro is enough per day.

Also the issue that we power of cut off when you pull the card out of the holder is annoying. Left my tablet to charge but in the end nothing charged. It's fine to cut the AC but leave the power sockets alone...
