If I could put minus 5 I would have done it. I visited the place on 11th November for a test in Milaneo mall. The lady was very nice from the beginning, trying to help and then suddenly, she turned to something else. She didn’t want to explain much and when she was taking my test she made it in a very painful way and it was obvious tht she meant it. She put the stick very deep 2 times. Even my brother in law that was with me told me that this lady was doing you bad in purpose and it was obvious. I have done this test 1000 times in a lot of countries and nobody put it that deep and moved it for 5 seconds. I don’t know what made her that rude to me, because we were very nice to her. Maybe my Ukrainian passport made her do it, because, honestly I can not explain this behavior at all.

I left the station with full of tears and could not breathe for next 24 hours without pain. This was a very bad experience and we are human in the end of the day.

There are a lot of places for test. Do not go somewhere where they can make it painful on purpose just with no reason. Not recommend at all!

I booked a PCR test and paid online. 3 weeks later I still did not receive my test result and it is impossible to reach anyone by mail for a refund. Do not book here!

Erstmalig dort gewesen und folgende Erfahrung gemacht: angefangen, dass einem bei der Anmeldung nur widerwillig geholfen wurde, war die Ausübung des Tests eine einzige Katastrophe!
Nach zwei Anläufen und höflicher Bitte den Teststab doch nicht so extrem tief ins Nasenloch zu stechen, musste ich beim 3.Versuch, dass Tun abwehren!
Das Personal ist sicher theoretisch eingewiesen, aber so unsensibel!
Ich gehe seit mehreren Monaten zu diversen Teststationen, doch so ein flegelhaftes, respektloses Handeln ist mit noch nie zuvor passiert.

Ich hatte einen Termin um 9:45 Uhr. Eine Dreiviertelstunde später stand ich immer noch in der Schlange davor. Absolut schlechte Organisation. Vielleicht sollte man seine Konzepte überdenken. Schnelltest bedeutet ja eigentlich, dass man SCHNELL sein Testergebnis hat. Trifft hier definitiv nicht zu.
