My son could not breastfeed well but they didn’t agree to give him Bottled milk because at that moment I could not produce a lot of milk. He stayed almost 3 days without drinking he lost weight Kinderarzt came she was shocked and said he should be given the bottle milk right away! As a first mum I felt so lost! The Arzt I was given the woman didn’t care to look at the stitches. They don’t care about people they care about their rules!

Midwives are so rude. They reject to talk in English. Behaviour is so bad . Praxis for doctors are good but the ground floor department is so unfriendly ( Geburtsdepartment) . Not recommended.

I gave birth to my son one year ago at this clinic. During the labor I asked my husband to translate everything into Turkish, because I was not sure if I was getting everything right. The midwife didn't allow us to speak Turkish. We couldn't react at that moment because I was in pain and hardly speaking and the situation was quite complicated. She said that she had to understand what we were talking about. Does this mean that the non-German speakers are not allowed to get information during the labor? They are not allowed to feel comfortable and safe? Is this the standard parctice? I don't think so!

I recently had my sinus pilonidalis surgery in St Anna clinic. (If you had sinus pilonidalis, you already know how painful it is, Mainly if it is infected. Initially, I couldn't be able to sit due to infection. I was suffering a lot.) I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Wolken easily via email. Dr. Wolken has taken care of my infection first. In the first week, My health was improved, The pain stopped, and I could sit also. So then, after that week, He performed the surgery with Dr. Stöltzing. The surgery was fine. Dr. Wolken took care of me nicely. After the operation, controlling is also going well. I was inpatient for four days. Even though I can't speak German a little bit, everything was fine. The staff was helpful. Most of the team speak English. Dr. Wolken is a great doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Wolken as a surgeon for expats.

My friend and I were waiting for a friend who just came out of surgery, in front of his room. A very decent woman came and asked us to wait in the waiting room downstairs untill he moves to the ward at which point she will come downstairs and tell us where he is so we can visit him. We went there and while we were waiting the receptionist came and spoke to us very rudely asking us to wait outside the clinic. We asked her to bring someone who could speak in English and she refused and demanded in a very rude manner that we grab our bags and go wait outside. We tried to reason with her in google translate and she refused to read or to talk to anyone.

The anesthetic talk also went great, above all there was almost no waiting time.

The staff at the information/registration desk are very friendly and accommodating, they make you feel very welcome, and then Ms. Ries also made a very nice impression when she was admitted.

When I arrived at Ward 1 I was also greeted in a friendly manner and taken to my room. I was glad that the 1-bed room worked out, which costs around €100 per night, it was spacious and comfortable, after all it is a hospital and no hotel.

The operation was very late in the afternoon, but that's how it is, the doctor can only operate one after the other and after all, cleaning has to be done between operations and everything has to be prepared for the next patient, so there can be waiting times. Everyone in the operating room and recovery room was very nice and I felt like I was in good hands.

dr Herschlein came right after the operation to discuss the findings, so you had all the information quickly. On the day of discharge, he came again for rounds and took a lot of time to answer all the questions, thank you very much.

On ward 1, all the nurses, nurses, trainees, interns and cleaning staff were very nice and they were looked after all round. Stay like this????

If I ever need a gyn surgery again, I will only have it done in the clinic. The nice thing about the clinic is that it is not an acute hospital and therefore the hustle and bustle and stress there can neither be seen nor heard.

Since I myself work as a nurse in an acute hospital, I was able to switch roles and was a patient myself. So I was able to see it from a different perspective and am only positively surprised by this clinic.
For all those who complain about the waiting times in their reviews, you should go to other houses because you know that there are longer waiting times.
Everything that happens behind the scenes and the many different processes in a hospital are done by too few staff for too many patients, shortage of skilled workers in the clinics should be known to everyone, especially since corona, unfortunately, through clapping on the balcony and unpaid promises Premiums don't change anything... So everyone who comes to a clinic has to expect delays and waiting times if an operation takes longer than planned. Then the next one has to wait longer until it's his turn, neither the doctor nor anyone else can do anything about it .

I don't understand the negative comments as I've only had positive experiences.

As a patient, if you show respect, gratitude and understanding for a nurse's tough job, you get it back as a patient, it's not maids who want to be treated like that, it's a backbreaking job that pays badly and everyone wears a big one responsibility for his patients.

Ich war 1 Nacht stationär zur OP eine diagnostische laparaskopie. Bin heute frisch Entlassen worden, und wenn ich könnte würde ich 10 Sterne geben.

Danke an die Praxis Dr. Herschlein und Kollegen, die MFA's sind super freundlich, Frau Adams die mich für die OP aufgeklärt hat ist sehr nett nimmt sich viel Zeit und auch die Untersuchung und Beratung war top????.

Das Narkose Gespräch lief ebenfalls super, vorallem fast keine warte Zeit gehabt.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Info/Anmeldung sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend man fühlt sich Herzlich Willkommen, danach zur Aufnahme hat ebenfalls Frau Ries einen sehr netten Eindruck gemacht.

Angekommen auf der Station 1 wurde ich ebenfalls freundlich Empfangen und auf mein Zimmer gebracht, ich war froh das es mit dem 1-Bett Zimmer geklappt hat das ca. 100€pro Nacht kostet, es war geräumig und gemütlich, es ist schließlich ein Krankenhaus und kein Hotel.

Die OP war erst sehr spät am Mittag, aber so ist es nun mal der Arzt kann nur einen nach dem anderen Operieren und schließlich muss zwischen den OPs auch gereinigt werden und für den nächsten Patient alles vorbereitet werden da kann es eben zu Warte Zeiten kommen. Alle im OP und Aufwachraum waren sehr nett habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Dr. Herschlein kam direkt nach der OP um den Befund zu besprechen, so hatte man schnell alle Infos. Auch am Entlass Tag kam er nochmals zur Visite und hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen um auch alle Fragen zu beantworten, vielen vielen Dank dafür.

Auf der Station 1 waren alle Schwestern, pfleger, Azubis, Praktikanten, Reinigungskräfte sehr nett man war rundum versorgt. Bleibt so????

Wenn ich je wieder eine Gyn OP brauche, werde ich diese nur in der Klinik machen lassen. Das schöne an der Klinik ist das es kein akut Krankenhaus ist und somit der Trubel und Stress dort weder zu sehen noch zu hören ist.

Da ich selbst als Pflegekraft in einem akut Krankenhaus arbeite konnte ich jetzt mal die Rollen tauschen und war selbst Patient. Habe es also aus einer anderen Perspektive sehen können und bin von dieser Klinik nur positiv überrascht.
Für alle die in ihren Bewertungen die Wartezeiten beklagen, ihr solltet mal in andere Häuser gehen da wisst ihr das es noch längere warte Zeiten gibt.
Was alles hinter den Kulissen passiert und die vielen verschiedenen Prozesse in einem Krankenhaus werden von zu wenig Personal für zu viel Patienten erledigt, Fachkräfte Mangel in den Kliniken sollte vorallem seid corona jedem bekannt sein, leider hat sich durch klatschen auf dem Balkon und nicht ausgezahlte versprochene Prämien nichts verändert... Somit muss jeder der in eine Klinik kommt mit Verzögerungen und warte Zeiten rechnen, wenn eine OP länger dauert als geplant Dan muss der nächste eben länger warten bis er dran kommt, da kann weder der Arzt was dafür noch sonst jemand.

Ich kann die negativen Kommentare nicht nach vollziehen da ich nur positive Erfahrungen gemacht habe.

Wenn man als Patient Respekt, Dankbarkeit und Verständnis für den harten Job einer Krankenschwester zeigt, bekommt man es auch als Patient zurück, es sind keine Dienstmädchen die auch so behandelt werden möchten, es ist ein Knochen Job der schlecht bezahlt ist und jeder trägt eine grosse Verantwortung für seine Patienten.

Wir können froh sein das wir in Deutschland ein gut funktionierendes Gesundheits System haben und immer gut gesundheitlich versorgt werden, für alle die meckern sollten mal in andere Länder schauen...
