In Germany, it is wonderful that a bakery opens this early, at 0530. The crews are all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. Back home, most bakeries open at 10AM but with sleepy eyed staffs who may have rolled in 10 minutes before rollers goes up and most of the items haven't even been displayed let alone baked yet.???????? This place is indeed perfect for people who has an early start. As for us, an opportunity to grab a quick breakkie before heading to the Porsche Museum around the corner. With restroom.
