The staff is awesome and this is the most family friendly hotel in Stuttgart. Especially if you get the Family Suite. It’s the best deal in Stuttgart for families. Highly recommend this over the Marriott for bigger rooms and better access to public transport.

The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel is in suburban Stuttgart, conveniently close to light rail, but also located in walking distance of major corporate headquarters and US military bases. Even though the hotel was right in the middle of an entertainment complex (two stages, one theater, a spa, a gym, and a number of restaurants), the room was very quiet and peaceful. `COVID protocols were very carefully maintained.

I've have been here for a month or so, and it's been great. I'm here with my dog, and it is an excellent place for them. When you get here, your room will have a dog bed, bowls, toys, baggies, and a snack for them; they take as much care of them as they do you. A lot of great trails to walk your dog here. If you are traveling with your dog, this is the place to stay.

We stayed here for 4 days with my family and our dog. The rooms were clean and the space our spacious especially for a family that will need to stay for a couple of days: There’s a fridge, a sink and the balcony was a plus. The bathroom was so beautiful. There’s a huge yard where you can freely walk your dog which was perfect. You can order from outside and be delivered at your room. Gasoline station where you can buy snacks is walking distance. Highly recommend.

We stayed a SI for a few months. We cannot say enough about how amazing the staff was to us. During COVID times, they had to adjust how they take care of their customers, and they still do a great job at it. The staff always responded timely to our emails, and if we needed anything, they were quick to help. During quarantine, they delivered our breakfasts daily, and delivered any items to our room that we would have needed. After quarantine, they cleaned our room twice weekly, and did everything they could to make us comfortable. We have already recommended this place to others, and will continue to do so. Thank you SI staff! You made our stay wonderful!

Best place to stay during quarantine or any other time you need to stay in Stuttgart. We stayed for over one month in a suite which provides a specious living area with a dining table as well as a bedroom and kitchen . We were able to use the terrace as well . A beautiful bathroom invited you to a long bath and you even could watch a movie at the ans time. The staff was one of the kindest and most helpful staff we ever had during a hotel stay . They left breakfast at the door during our quarantine and was helpful anytime we needed something . We will definitely stay again !
