This place has a nice but small outdoor seating. Remember to book early and ask to be seated outside. In the Winter, I imagine that it is very cosy to be seated among the olden wood interior. The food was delicious and they have a seasonal Menu. I recommend reserving your place and if you come during 6 pm (peak dinner time), you might have to wait long for your food so try to come after that. From what I observed, the kitchen can handle only that much orders at the same time. It is not bad, it means they do it well and proper but the down side is just the waiting time. The plating of the food is very well and the portions are just nice. So don't expect large portions like Pub food or Biergarten style.

A deserved five star to this amazing restaurant located in Stuttgart West. First the service is amazing, the waitress was super friendly, helpful and nice. Every detail is perfect in this restaurant. I ordered a "Rinderkraftbrühe mit geschmälzter Maultasche" and "Schwäbischer Rostbraten mit knusprigen Zwiebeln und handgeschabten Spätzle": The meat was so delicious and soft, Spätzle were so tasty and the onions were so crunchy and delicious too. I really enjoyed every detail of my experience at this restaurant and i highly recommended it if you want to enjoy a Swabian meal in Stuttgart.

Update: we went to the Rösch again today. Uwe and his team have spoiled us once again super great. It's always nice to come back to this place. Absolute recommendation!!!

Hervorragende Küche. Zutaten sind immer frisch und von bester Qualität. Schon seit Jahren mein Lieblingslokal wenn es um schwäbische gehobene Küche geht.
Update: wir waren heute mal wieder im Rösch. Uwe und sein Team haben uns mal wieder super toll verwöhnt. Es ist immer wieder schön in dieses Lokal zu kommen. Absolute Empfehlung!!!
