The cashier lady is so GROUCHY. I think she doesnt want to see anybody in the restuarant.

Food is just so so, nothing special, but various drinks to be chosen.
Bad experience and I would not recommend,and will not come again for sure: waitress at the cashier desk who served us was not patient and friendly at all.(I don't mean all of them are like this. I do believe they can provide good service) It really annoyed me and ruined my mode.Just hope that this restaurant pay more attention to their waiters and waitress. Their service quality may prevent consumers coming again.

Vielen Dank an das ganze Restaurant Team für den schönen Kindergeburtstag heute. Der Tisch wurde ganz toll für uns (11 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene) dekoriert, das Essen war sehr lecker und wurde sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Essensportionen waren echt riesig!
Die vorab Organisation war ganz einfach und erfolgte per Mail, es wurden mir verschiedene Kinder Menüs zur Auswahl zugeschickt. Auch die zwischenzeitlich wechselnde Anzahl an Kindern war überhaupt kein Problem und ich bekam immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung per Mail.
Danke für den richtig schönen Tag heute in der Wilhelma, wir sind alle total begeistert und kommen sicher wieder. Wir werden Sie weiterempfehlen.
