The gym is actually well equipped and clean. What I want to specifically warn is about the sales people there. They would tell you anything, just to get you to sign a 12 months contract. Lying is very common. When I went there first time, I informed them that I moved there only temporary and I will move in a different part later (after a few months). Knowing this, she told me that it’s ok, i can switch any time to any of their locations, without any extra cost. Surprise, when I had to move, I am being proposed a 80 Euro subscription, instead of the 50 euro. I complained and result is I am stuck in a subscription that I can not use, only because I was trusting the recommendation of a GREEDY manager/company. So my recommendation is to make sure that what ever they say is in written. Don’t trust those people. The gym might be good, but after this experience, I would stay away. Very bad quality people. Shame on you @PULSE GYM.

Continuously taking money from my bank account without my permission for service which I am NOT using, no presence on the appointment date, ignoring email asking for clarification ... with these all discourteous acts, I really regret my registration at this Pulse fitness club.

Many staff appears friendly, but this studio head guy is terribly irresponsible all the time, only interested in collecting money and not caring the customers at all.

Great Gym. The Trainers are Polite, the Machines are Brand new. They sell Protein shakes and Bars. They have a Sauna and Shower area. Already 15 year olds can make a Membership there.

Was ich echt schade finde ist, dass man nicht Bescheid gibt, dass man beim qualitrain die plus 1 Mitglieder sperrt, sodass diese alle Puls Studios nicht mehr nutzen können!!! Ich bin immer mit meinem Mann gegangen, da das Studio direkt bei uns um die Ecke ist! Muss mir jetzt leider ein neues suchen. Sehr schade. So vergrault man Kunden.

Ich lass dich die leute mal nen Tag das Gym testen, wenn nur 1% die möglichkeit besteht, dass dieser sich anmeldet, stattdessen wird man gezwungen 20€ zu bezahlen.
