They lost my pickup order... solved it quickly but had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Pizza was fresh and delicious!

My son wanted pizza for lunch so we stopped at the pizza hut. The restaurant wasn't very crowded, and we were promptly seated. We were only given the food menu and not the drinks menu, and it was hard to get anyone's attention to request it. When we finally ordered we were served only one drink, and despite several reminders the second drink didn't arrive. We were then served a pizza which wasn't what we ordered. It turned out that that pizza was for the neighbouring table. Our pizza finally came, and after another reminder, the second drink followed. The pizza (large cheezy crust barbecue lovers) was disappointing. The pizza wasn't hot enough to melt cheese inside the crust, so it had a bubble gum consistency. The barbecue sauce was sweetish, and not tangy at all. The cheese layer was very thin, there was no discernible tomato paste, and the toppings were sparse - just a few grams of minced meat, and 4 (yes, I counted) pieces of red onion. There were a few pieces of bacon, that provided a modicum of flavour. Compared to the pre covid days, the quality has definitely gone down. Getting the bill was another challenge, with multiple requests being ignored, even though there weren't that many people dining in. I will most likely avoid this pizza hut in the future.

The food is okay but the service is extremely slow.
You might have to wait for a long time for your order and sometimes you might not even get one of the dishes ordered!

Then I went there again, this time with positivity that it will be good.
Unfortunately, Pizza Hut is not the place to be for sure!
When I went there with a friend, I asked for a table for 2 and the people there told me that they cannot offer me a table for 2 as only table for 4 are available. I pointed to a table where actually only 2 people were sitting in a table for 4 and she told that they reserved it.

I don’t understand the logic and they told that I can take away or wait for table for 2.
I personally felt that it’s not because of reservation as there was a free table right in front of me but it’s because of the colour of my skin.

I strongly believe that there should be action on such behaviour because it’s just too sad.

Come on guys, it’s 2022. Please work on some empathy and ethic.

I am from India, and sometimes I miss eating in Pizza Hut just like I used to do in my home country but sadly it’s not possible for me to do it in Stuttgart????

The staff was so overrun. The pizzaz were OK but very greasy, even for pizzahut standard. The chocolate chip cookie with ice-cream was really undercooked and barely had one scoop of ice.

Pizza looks really delicious. The service is really nice.

But the taste of food is really ugly. The “sauce” for borders is the cheapest chili ketchup you can imagine. The taste of pizza is not so nice. Just oil and Tabasco can help you to eat it. But you should use really a lot of tobacco to kill the taste of pizza.

The place had table for four vacant while we were just two . She asked us to wait outside until two seater table is free . However we saw four chaired tables occupied for only two people. (May be if I had fair skin , she wouldn’t have asked me to wait outside ) zero stars for the restaurant for hiring such staff and not teaching them values of customer service

Very low service, burned pizza, wrong size, also the pepper bottle was open and went on my pizza. But the ponytail waitress was very friendly and professional so I gave her a tip for her smile and customer care, generally the staff was cool but they just need some vitamins
