Ich möchte jedoch betonen, dass sich die Bewertung auf einen bestimmten Therapeuten und nicht auf alle Mitarbeiter dieser Praxis bezieht. Herr Matthias Thoni hat mich dermaßen falsch behandelt, dass ich den entstandenen Schaden noch am gleichen Abend bemerkt habe. Nach einer frischen und sehr sensiblen Schulter-OP ist er falsch und sehr grob vorgegangen. Die Behandlung von Herr Thoni war so rücksichtlos, dass die Behandlung aufgrund der starken Schmerzen nicht auszuhalten war. Ich habe ihm mitgeteilt, dass er nicht so stark drücken soll, da an dieser Stelle zwei Schrauben und die Naht sind. Seine Antwort auf meine Schmerzen war: "Denken Sie nicht an Schrauben. Man muss was aushalten können! Manchmal ist es besser wenn man nicht redet." Zudem bin ich von der Chefin Frau Oltmanns sehr enttäuscht, da Sie auf meinen Protest hin behauptet hat - O-Ton: "Vielleicht haben Sie sich den Schaden selbst zu Hause zugefügt!".
