Abusive company!!! I parked at the Baden-Baden Airport and I went two minutes inside to help to carry the luggage of my family member. They charged me a 30€ fee, which I paid with delay. They are charging me another 30€ for this delay. The letter arrived during my holiday with 10 days to pay, which I could not do as I was abroad. I now might face another fee with this delay of about 50€. It is so abusive that I will stop going to any shop or facility that works with this company and I will ask my network to do the same

I park my car, and help my Brother (Schwerbehindert) with the luggage and check in.
I was no more than 10 minutes away.
I come back to the car, and I found the fine (€30).
These legal c**min**s observe you somewhere hidden, and get in action once you're gone.

OMG. I've never experienced such a bad attitude of people in my life. This company rips off every single money from normal/innocent people with "legal abuse". They are made of shameful dishonest team of workers. Even criminals would have pride and dignity with their operation but this company not. The existence of this company is absolutely toxic and they should not exist in the society. Shame on you.
