Incredibly DISAPPOINTED! Never again! We have ordered Sushi box XL with 26 peaces of sushi. Which costed 26€. I am not sure what what size is box S but I cannot call my order XL. It looks ridiculous. No wasabi, no soya and no ginger added. Just 26 peaces of not holding its shape sushi. Salmon also tasted as expired. I am not sure what restaurant is thinking of itself when they sell such an expensive product with ZERO quality... DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I ordered food online and had to call after 1.5 hours to inquire about the status because it still had not been delivered. I was told that the food hadn't even been made yet and that they could not estimate when it would be ready. I asked to cancel the order since it was far too late to keep waiting on the food. The server told me that they could make the order immediately and bring it soon, so I agreed to not cancel. The order did come quickly after the call but was missing a salad, which I unfortunately didn't notice until after I had paid and the delivery guy had left. The sushi was just okay quality but not worth the price. The mochi were still completely frozen and I had to wait until they thawed out. I will not be ordering with On Sushi again.

Sushi quality ok. Price a bit high for the quality.
It would be nice to have an estimate of delivery time when we order online. 1h15 and sushi still not on the way.

Wir haben über To Good To Go boxen bestellt. Ich hab in meinem ganzen Leben nichts vergleichbar ekliges gegessen. Das Sushi war alt und hat beim Box öffnen schon gestunken. Sogar die Avocado war ganz schwarz, wie man auf dem Bild sehen kann. Sowas ist ein No-Go, wenn man mit rohem Fisch arbeitet.
Würde man das Gesundheitsamt anrufen wäre der Laden sofort geschlossen.
