Hello everyone,
I’ve recently been in a Business Trip and booked the hotel for 4 nights.
Pros:
- easy access to railway station
- breakfast ok
- clean rooms and hotel
Cons:
- reception staff -u003e there is one guy during the day shift who is kind of rude and imho he should be kicked out (you will recognize him)
- no AC -u003e it is completely unacceptable that during the summer days when temperatures reached even 37 degrees Celsius there is no way that you can control temperature inside. When I asked the reception staff about this issue, the answer was: “you can open the window” which completely made no sense. Here was also my bad because before booking the room I never checked about AC availability as from my point of view, in nowadays, I would expect AC feature as standard feature in a hotel.
- rooms are completely aestethic and very small -u003e if you will have a look over the pictures of hotelbefore booking, you will notice that most of them are from the reception area and seems that the entire hotel follows the same approach. Well, belive me, it doesn’t.
- no refrigerator inside the room. Just imagine that during a summer day you might want to drink something cold (water, beer, juice) so there is no chance to keep your own beverages cold.
- parking area -u003e the same “nice guy” from the first day told me that the parking area (which is somehow masked without any guidance to get there) was completely full and figured out that actually there were available parking slots.
Conclusion: for me it was the first and last time when I stayed here.
I do not reccomend them at all.
Best regards,
Marius
